Puja, a 27-year-old woman, joined Deepshikha in 2013 facing several challenges, including poor academic performance, behavioral issues, and a high level of dependency on her mother.

With consistent support and targeted interventions—such as repeated academic sessions, computer training, behavior management, and personalized education—Puja showed remarkable progress.
Over time, she transformed into a confident and independent young woman. She successfully passed her Class 10 NIOS examination and demonstrated exceptional skills in data entry and peer support.

Recognizing her potential and dedication, Deepshikha appointed her as an Assistant Teacher in 2024. Today, Puja not only manages classes but also trains others in data entry and teaches non-computer activities.
Her journey is a true example of growth, resilience, and the impact of the right support at the right time.
